Cancellation Policy

Can You Cancel The Booking?

As full payment in advance is required to reserve your trip, PLEASE be aware that cancellations or modifications will result in consequences according to the specified timelines below:

    • More than 48 hours before trip departure: Fully refundable.
    • 48 hours to 24 hours before trip departure: 50% refundable.
    • Less than 24 hours before trip departure: Non-refundable.

  • Private Experience
    This program is arranged exclusively for you (and your group, if applicable). The itinerary is flexible within reason, but we kindly ask that you respect the driver’s instructions to ensure safety and smooth operation.
  • Punctuality
    Please be ready at the agreed pick-up time. Delays in departure may affect the schedule or time spent to reach the destinations.
  • Flexibility of Itinerary
    The times of the trip are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, or local conditions. Please be prepared for possible adjustments along the way.
  • Road Closure.

    In rare cases, access roads may be closed due to ceremonies, maintenance, natural events, or government regulations. If the closure is temporary, we will adjust the itinerary or arrange an alternative route where possible. If closures are extended or indefinite, we will provide a full or partial refund based on the portion of the trip already completed.

  • Unforeseen Events / Force Majeure
    No refunds or reductions can be made for disruptions beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, maintenance, or other unexpected closures.
  • Extra Participants / Extra Destinations
    Only the guests listed in the booking confirmation may join the trip. Adding additional participants or destinations not included in the confirmed itinerary is not permitted.
  • Insurance Coverage
    We do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illnesses, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Guests are strongly encouraged to review their personal insurance policies and arrange additional coverage if needed.
