Can You Cancel The Booking?

As full payment in advance is required to reserve your trip, PLEASE be aware that cancellations or modifications will result in consequences according to the specified timelines below:

    • More than 48 hours before trip departure: Fully refundable.
    • 48 hours to 24 hours before trip departure: 50% refundable.
    • Less than 24 hours before trip departure: Non-refundable.

  • This trip is designed to be budget-friendly and shared among participants. The quality of the trip is aligned with its affordable price. As this is a group experience, it’s important to consider the needs of other fellow travelers. As such, we kindly ask for your understanding that we might not accommodate requests such as: disregarding the driver’s instructions, ignoring the planned schedule, and leaving other participants who are still exploring during the scheduled itinerary.
  • Please make sure to be ON-TIME for your pick-up to help us avoid any delays. As this program is shared, timely arrivals help ensure a comfortable and smooth experience for all participants. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping the trip smooth.
  • The itinerary has an estimated time that might change due to any unforeseen adjustments to the plan. Traffic, the state of a destination, and nature’s unforeseeable changes may affect our schedule. Please be prepared for potential adjustments.
  • Destination closed:  Some places have fixed closing days. Make sure to arrange your plan accordingly. In the event that Bromo, Ijen, or any destination unexpectedly closes (due to religious/yearly/national ceremonies, or any natural causes, etc.), we’ll offer the option to reschedule the trip for the following day free of charge. If the closure extends for an indefinite period, we’ll provide a full or partial refund according to the services that you have already taken depending on the part of the trip you’ve completed.
  • Unforeseen event or force majeurPlease understand, that we’re unable to offer refunds or reductions for any unforeseen event, for example: closing on several destinations due to bad weather, maintenance, natural disaster, or if the destinations are unfavorable.
  • Extra pax or extra destination: Please note, that we’re unable to include additional participants that is not listed in the trip confirmation, either before or during the trip. Also, adding extra destinations not listed in the itinerary is not permitted.
  • Insurance CoverageIt’s important to note that we (as program operators) DO NOT OFFER INSURANCE for accidents, illnesses, injuries, or diseases that may occur during our services. We encourage guests to review their personal insurance policies and secure extra coverage if needed for their peace of mind. Please understand that we are not responsible for any damages or losses of personal items during the program.
